Learn to Paddleboard in a Day! Paddle for beginners is a 90 minute thorough introduction to stand-up paddle, ideal for first-timers and those looking to improve their foundation. Learn a new skill!

This SUP lesson takes place on the calm, protected waters of Biscayne Bay, one of the best places in Miami to learn and build confidence on a paddle board.

The session starts with essential SUP basics, including equipment orientation and proper paddle sizing. You will practice key skills on land such as correct paddle technique, balance, standing up, and safely getting on and off the board to then practice all you learned on the water.

The lesson also covers when and where to paddle, reading conditions, and understanding weather factors. Safety is always a priority, and all instruction follows local and U.S. Coast Guard guidelines so you can enjoy the experience with confidence on the water.
