Discover Florence on a day trip from Rome. Travel by high-speed train, visit the Accademia and Uffizi Galleries with a local guide, and enjoy free time to explore the city.
Meet your host at Rome's central station and board a high-speed train to Florence. In less than 2 hours, arrive in the magnificent city and head to the office located right in front of the Accademia. Meet your expert local guide and start a 1-hour guided tour to see Michelangelo's David.
After that, walk from the Accademia to the Uffizi with your host and enjoy a 30-minute break before the Uffizi tour begins. Start your Uffizi tour at 12 PM and spend 1.5 hours discovering the best of the Renaissance artwork, including pieces by Michelangelo and Botticelli.
After that, have time for lunch (can be arranged upon request) and free time to explore the city of Florence. Your host will remain at your disposal the whole time for any tips or recommendations that may be needed. Additional afternoon tours are available upon request. Meet back at the Uffizi around 5:30 PM to then jump on the high-speed train and be back in Rome just before dinner.
