Instructions

Show your smartphone ticket to your guide at the meeting point
The meeting point is at Julia Travel’s office, next to Sagrada Familia. An experienced guide will pick you up from the office and walk you to the Basilica
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour
Make sure to bring a valid ID
Under-17s must be accompanied by an adult
Take the lift up to the tower and use the stairs to come down

Not accessible for people with limited mobility or impaired vision
Not accessible for children 0-6, pregnant women
Dress code enforced (see Add'l Info)
Tower visitation assigned at booking

No hats or sunglasses worn inside
No clothing with rips, holes, or transparent material
For safety reasons, kids under 6, pregnant women & visitors with reduced mobility/serious visual impairments can't visit the towers
The climb down from the tower is not recommended for diabetics
Some areas of the Basilica are undergoing rehabilitation works
Maximum of 30 travelers per guide

The Sagrada Familia reserves the right to refuse admission. At the entrance, visitors will have their bags, rucksacks, luggage and personal items checked
