The chef introduces the main ingredients, explains some of the techniques used in Japanese cuisine, and shares interesting facts about the culture and tradition behind this cuisine and his Japanese-Brazilian family heritage, and you'll have a welcome drink!

Then it's time to get your hands on the sushi! Under the chef's guidance, you'll learn step by step how to prepare and assemble different types of pieces. You'll be able to try rolling, assembling, and preparation techniques, discovering how to combine rice, fish, and other ingredients to create balanced and tasty sushi. You'll be able to make your sushi and taste it!

No prior experience is required. The workshop was designed to be accessible, fun, and participatory, allowing each person to follow the chef's pace and try out the techniques in practice. After the workshop, it's time to relax and enjoy dinner. At the table, sushi prepared by the chef and participants will be served, combining traditionally inspired pieces with fusion creations that reflect Toshio's style.
