After walking up and down the hills of Lisbon, treat yourself to some time just for you. At Massoterapia & SPA, in Avenidas Novas, you choose the massage that your body needs, and our therapists tailor it to you.
Upon arrival, we'll welcome you with water, coffee, or tea. After a brief conversation about your level of stress, tension, or discomfort, you'll move to a private room with soft music and dim lighting, set up for you to completely unwind.
You can choose from 4 massages, in 60- or 90-minute sessions:
- Relaxing massage: gentle, enveloping movements to relieve stress and relax the mind and body.
- Therapeutic massage: specific techniques to relieve tension and pain in the back, neck, shoulders, or lower back.
- Deep tissue: deep pressure for very tense muscles, ideal if you travel a lot, play sports, or spend hours walking.
- Lymphatic drainage: rhythmic movements that reduce fluid retention and the feeling of tired legs after long flights.
The pressure is adjusted at all times to your tolerance and your goal: relaxation, muscle relief, or recovery. With the 90-minute session, there's time to work on the whole body more leisurely and to devote more attention to the areas with the most tension.
Traveling as a couple? Book the 60-minute couples massage: two therapists work at the same time, and each of you chooses your own massage.
At the end, you'll have a few minutes to get back on your feet at a leisurely pace and enjoy the feeling of lightness.
We're open until 11:00 p.m., so you can book your massage at the end of the day, after your sightseeing. We provide service in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
