During the workshop, our expert guides you step by step and teaches you the essential techniques to perform sabrage in the best possible conditions. In particular, you will learn how to correctly position the bottle, master the movement, and perform the necessary actions with precision and in complete safety.
Then comes the time to take action: each participant will have the opportunity to sabre their own bottle of champagne. Depending on the option chosen, you can then enjoy a glass of Champagne or the bottle that you have sabered yourself during the tasting.
It's your turn! And if your sabrage works the first time, you can officially proclaim yourself an expert in the field… with your sabre certificate!
You can choose from several vintages: Champagne Brut, Champagne Rosé, or Blanc de Blancs.
The experience takes place in a warm, elegant, and educational atmosphere at the PAILLETTES restaurant. It is available for groups of 1 to 14 people, with support tailored to each participant, regardless of their level.
The introductory session is offered every lunchtime and every evening, making it easy to fit into a Parisian outing. Take the opportunity to have lunch or dinner at PAILLETTES before or after your introductory session.
To extend your moment of relaxation, access to the Les Bains du Marais spa is available for an additional fee. You can enjoy access to the hammam and sauna, as well as a multitude of massages and treatments to pamper yourself and relax.
