- All visitors must pass through a mandatory security check before entering the museum. During peak hours, security checks may take around 15–20 minutes.

- For the Accademia Gallery, visitors aged 7–18 must present valid photo ID showing their date of birth to receive the reduced ticket; otherwise, the full adult ticket applies.
- For the Uffizi Gallery, EU citizens aged 18–25 are eligible for the €2 reduced admission ticket.
