Discover Lisbon’s essential highlights on a shared/public tour with a professional driver‑guide, combining comfortable sightseeing by air‑conditioned vehicle with short walks and scenic stops. Choose between a Full Day or Half Day experience depending on how much time you have, and enjoy stories, curiosities, and historical context that bring Portugal’s capital to life.
Because your guide is also your driver, they may not always accompany you inside monuments. This helps the tour run smoothly and gives you the freedom to explore certain attractions independently while your driver coordinates the next meeting point.
Full Day – Lisbon Highlights Explore Lisbon’s most important historic areas and riverside icons. Begin in Alfama, one of the city’s oldest neighbourhoods and the birthplace of Fado, with atmospheric lanes and traditional architecture. Continue to Belém, closely linked to Portugal’s Age of Discoveries, and see famous landmarks such as Belém Tower, the Monument to the Discoveries, and the magnificent Jerónimos Monastery (exterior stops; entry tickets not included). Don’t miss the chance to taste the legendary Pastéis de Belém.
Next, discover Baixa, rebuilt after the 1755 earthquake, with elegant squares and distinctive urban planning, and see the iconic Santa Justa Lift. Continue to Chiado, the district of writers and cafés, and through Bairro Alto, known for its historic character and fado houses. You’ll also visit the area around St. George’s Castle for panoramic views over the city and the Tagus River. Depending on interests and time, the tour can extend to Lisbon’s modern riverside at Nations Park / Expo ’98, including the area around the Lisbon Oceanarium, and/or a stop at key museums such as the National Coach Museum or the National Tile Museum (entries not included).
