Triana Photography Walk: Learn to See Seville Differently Photography begins long before you press the shutter. Join this 2-hour photo walk through Triana, one of Seville’s most vibrant and authentic neighborhoods, and discover the city from a different perspective. We’ll explore its streets, squares and hidden corners, looking beyond the typical tourist postcard to find interesting details, light, textures, colors and everyday stories. Our route takes us across the iconic Triana Bridge, with its beautiful views of the Guadalquivir, the Giralda and the Torre del Oro. We’ll continue through the area around the historic Triana Market, explore traditional streets and squares such as Plaza de Santa Ana, and walk along Calle Betis, known for its panoramic views of Seville. But this is much more than a sightseeing tour with a camera. Through simple creative exercises and photography challenges, you’ll learn how to observe more carefully, find original compositions and make more conscious photographic choices. We’ll explore light, framing, perspective, composition and visual storytelling in a practical and accessible way. You don’t need previous photography experience or expensive equipment. Bring your DSLR, mirrorless, compact camera or simply your smartphone. The most important tool is your own way of seeing. You’ll receive personalized tips adapted to your level and the equipment you use. Beginners will learn practical ways to get more from their camera, while more experienced photographers can experiment with new perspectives and develop their creative approach. The group is limited to 10 participants, creating a relaxed and personal experience with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, experiment and share ideas. This experience is perfect if you enjoy photography, want to improve your travel photos, are interested in street, portrait, architecture or urban landscape photography, or simply want to discover Triana in a more creative way. Take home more than photographs At the end of the two hours, you’ll have more than a collection of photographs of Triana. The aim is for you to take home a different way of seeing. You’ll become more aware of light, details and the stories happening around you. You’ll discover that you don’t always have to go somewhere extraordinary to find a great photograph. Sometimes you simply need to stop, observe and decide what you want to say. The experience is led by a photographer with more than 25 years of experience in photography and teaching, who will accompany you throughout the walk with a practical and personal approach. Because great photography doesn’t always come from having a better camera. It comes from learning to see differently.
