Continue with a tasting portion of rigatoni alla carbonara, prepared with pasta, egg, pecorino, guanciale, and black pepper. Then, enjoy Grandma’s meatballs in tomato sauce, made with meat sourced from the restaurant’s trusted butcher inside Mercato Trionfale.

Finish your tasting journey with Pummaré tiramisù, made using a biscuit linked to a historic Roman confectionery tradition and coffee from a roastery in the Lazio region.

The experience includes the full tasting menu, water, a choice of one drink (a glass of wine, draft beer, or soft drink), and either American coffee or limoncello.
