Discover Rome’s spiritual and artistic heart with this entry ticket to the Pantheon, part of the “Oltre la Soglia” project. This initiative, promoted by the Diocese of Rome, invites you to see beyond the surface and experience the city’s churches as living spaces of faith, art, and history. Your visit supports the preservation of these remarkable sites and connects you with centuries of tradition and community.
Begin your journey at the Pantheon—Basilica di Santa Maria ad Martyres—where ancient Roman architecture meets Christian devotion. Marvel at the perfect geometry of the dome, the legendary oculus that lets in the rain, and the tombs of Raphael and Italian kings. As you walk through the doors, you’ll step into a space where rituals and stories have unfolded for over two millennia. With your audio app, unlock tales of emperors, popes, and artists, and discover curiosities like the annual Pentecost petal shower and the famous inscription left by Agrippa.
The adventure doesn’t end at the Pantheon. Use your audio app to explore other historic churches in Rome’s center, each with its own unique stories, mosaics, and sacred art. The app link is provided in your voucher—be sure to open it outside the Pantheon, as there is no internet connection inside. Your experience concludes at your own pace, leaving you free to continue exploring Rome’s spiritual and cultural treasures.
