Discover different grapes, wine regions, aromas, flavours and styles while learning how to taste wine and, most importantly, how to enjoy it. Along the way, you'll discover more about Catalan and Spanish wine culture and the stories behind the bottles in your glass.

Each wine is paired with a specially selected tapa, creating five different combinations to explore.
The pairings reveal something you can't really learn from a wine textbook: wine changes when you eat. A salty ingredient can make a wine taste different. Fat can soften certain sensations. Acidity can refresh a rich dish. A particular flavour can suddenly make an aroma in the glass appear.
You'll experience these combinations for yourself while your host explains what's happening — without drowning you in complicated wine vocabulary.
The wines and tapas may change according to the season and availability, keeping every selection fresh, interesting and focused on quality.

Here's the twist.
Our sommelier was born into a family of wine specialists, so wine runs in his blood. Unfortunately for his family, so does a rather excessive amount of creativity.
Instead of a formal wine lecture, expect stories, humour, questions, tasting challenges, unexpected discoveries and a touch of theatre.
You'll learn about wine, absolutely — but you'll also laugh, taste, guess and compare. You might even question everything you thought you knew about wine.
Whether you're a complete beginner or already know your way around a wine list, this experience is designed to be enjoyed without taking wine — or yourself — too seriously.
