Begin the day with one of London’s most recognizable royal traditions. With a private guide leading the way, arrive at a carefully selected viewing point for the Changing of the Guard, taking you away from the crowds. As the ceremony unfolds, gain a deeper understanding of its history and symbolism through stories from your guide.
Continue on foot through Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, some of London’s most tranquil green spaces. Pass landmarks such as the Diana Memorial Fountain and the Albert Memorial while hearing about the figures who shaped the monarchy. With the flexibility of a private experience, enjoy a comfortable walking pace and time to take in the surroundings.
Pause for afternoon tea at the Orangery, an elegant and historic salon beside Kensington Palace. Enjoy a selection of teas alongside freshly prepared sandwiches, scones, and pastries, offering a moment to relax and recharge.
The experience concludes at Kensington Palace, where pre-reserved tickets allow for a smooth entrance. Say goodbye to your guide and explore inside independently. Your ticket includes an audio guide, where you'll discover the lives of past royals including Queen Victoria. This final stop offers the freedom to linger and reflect at your own pace, rounding out a seamless and enriching private tour.
