Starting at the top of Rue Montorgueil, stroll some of the city's oldest market stalls as you descend towards the "belly of Paris". For your first two tastings, stop to try a selection of traditional sausage and cheeses. Along the way, dive into food history as your guide shares the fascinating stories behind these bites and more.
Sit down at an emblematic restaurant to enjoy your main course in a deeply historic atmosphere. Choose between chicken, duck, or pike (fish) and pair the dish with a premium wine as recommended by your guide and/or the waitstaff. More adventurous eaters can also take this opportunity to try escargots- mountain snails doused in a delicious herbed butter and baked to perfection.
