How to use your tickets Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance. Due to restricted numbers in the museum, immediate entry cannot be guaranteed and guests may need to wait a short while. Important information The 'All Aboard' play zone is for children aged 0-7. The Museum is fully accessible with a buggy. Alternatively, you can leave your buggy in the buggy park, which is located just inside the museum's entrance, situated opposite the cloakroom. All tickets/passes are non-transferable and accordingly may not be sold or passed to any third party. Conditions of Entry Admission to LTM, Acton Depot and/or any external event is at your own risk, LTM and the Authority Group shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to person or property whatsoever caused. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by LTM’s or by any member of the Authority Group’s negligence.
