You'll prepare three recipes simultaneously. The first two are traditional hot starters, which you'll finish off before returning to the table. It's then time to savour these starters you've just created, all while continuing the conversation. Next up is the main course - cod fish, unless you have a different preference. With all the preparations already in place, it will be quick to cook and plate your main dish. Then, it's back to the table to relish it. You might even be joined by Priscilla, Zé's partner. Finally, after all your hard work in the kitchen, it's time to unwind. You've done a splendid job with the cooking, so now let the host take care of dessert.
