Porto old town and riverside bike tour

Get ready to discover Porto from a different perspective, on this 3-hour bike tour accompanied by a local guide. Joining this activity, you'll cycle the old neighbourhoods of Porto, starting by Ribeira and Miragaia, along the river until the area of Foz, the point where the river meets the ocean.

On this experience, you'll learn why Porto is also known as “The City of Bridges” and the importance of the connection with the river and the ocean as contribute for the economic growth and prosperity of the city. You'll also have the opportunity to see the traditional and iconic Portuguese boats also known as “Rabelo”, that were used to transport people and goods along the Douro River for centuries. Don't miss the opportunity to admire the 6 bridges that connect each side of the river, impressive proof of engineering for the delight of the visitors.

Join this activity and admire the different shapes and colour of the typical houses and as soon as you'll distance yourself from the city centre, you'll be able to see the other side of Porto.
