• In Summer season, the customers choosing the Duomo Complex tour at 09.45am, or 11.15am, join the City Walking tour at 17.00pm after attending Duomo Complex tour.
• In Summer season, the customers choosing the Duomo Complex tour at 15.00pm, join the City Walking tour at 10.00am before attending Duomo Complex tour (according to time option selected).
• In Winter season, the customers choosing the Duomo Complex tour at 09.45am or 11.15am, join the City Walking tour at 15.00pm after attending Duomo Complex tour.

- Please note that the guided tour does not include the Brunelleschi's Dome(Cupola), you can climb the Brunelleschi's Dome on your own (Pre-reserved ticket time) after the guided tour ends.
- With your timed-reserved tickets, you can climb the Cupola Dome 45 minutes after the guided tour ends.
- After the first validation, the ticket is valid for 72 hours: you can use it to visit locations listed on your own time (Giotto's Bell Tower and Santa Reparata).
- The recommended duration for the visit to the Brunelleschi's Dome is approximately 45 - 60 minutes.
- The recommended duration for the visit to Giotto’s Bell Tower is approximately 45 minutes.
- The recommended duration for the visit to the Santa Reparata is approximately 30 minutes.
- Appropriate clothing for a place of worship is required: access with bare legs and shoulders, and wearing sandals, hats, or sunglasses is not permitted. You may be refused entry to the Baptistery and Cathedral if you fail to comply with the cathedral's dress requirements.
- Suitcases, backpacks, parcels, containers, and large and medium-sized bags are not permitted inside the Dome(Cupola).
- Umbrellas, canes (when not used to assist walking), tripods for cameras, and film cameras are not permitted inside the Dome.
- Knives, scissors, and metal tools that could be dangerous for people and the exhibited works are not permitted inside the Dome.
- The Walking Tour is subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
- Please note that the walking tour will only be conducted from the outside of each attraction mentioned in the itinerary.
- Please note that the tour requires a minimum number of two guests to run.
- Please note that if you arrive after the tour start time you will not be able to join and will not be refunded or have your tour rescheduled.
- There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
