- Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to your selected entrance time
- Exchange your voucher and receive your entry ticket(s) from the staff with a 'Loving Rome' flag at the black tables of Caffè Leonina (front row)
- Late arrivals or no-show will neither be accommodated nor refunded
- Wait times for security check may reach up to 2–3 hours during high season
- The escorted access let's you bypass the basic entry waiting line, the security line cannot be skipped
