- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your selected entrance time for security checks
- Our representative will hold a “Loving Rome” flag and will be stationed at the black tables of Caffè Leonina (front row), situated beyond the white tables of the kiosk
- Meeting point: near the arches where the square meets Via di Porta Angelica (left-hand corner)
- Ticket(s) will be sent via email/WhatsApp 24 hours before the activity. The emailed ticket allows direct entry to the attraction.
- No staff will be present at the meeting point for the 16:00 - 18:00 time slots, as well as on Wednesdays & Sundays. Please proceed directly to the reserved entrance line to reach the “Ticket Check Gazebo”.

- Please provide each participant's full name, ideally that matches their passport
- Each ticket can only be used by the assigned person
- Security check required (up to 2 hours wait in high season)
- Knees and shoulders must be covered
- Due to Jubilee, no cloakroom available
