• Entry ticket(s) and audio guide code will be delivered via email used during the booking process (and/or WhatsApp), within 24 hours prior to the activity
• You must download the audio guide app on your phone at least a day before the activity. The app is compatible with IOS and android
• Please note that entry to the attraction, being an outdoor archaeological park, may be affected by adverse weather conditions. It's recommended checking the weather forecast and staying updated on any potential closures before your visit
• Late arrivals or no-show will neither be accommodated nor refunded.
