Meet at the statue of Viscount Palmerston. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour. Your guide will be holding a green Walks sign.

The Changing of the Guard depends on weather and is not held every day (especially Tuesdays). If it occurs during your visit you can watch it; otherwise you may see the Mounted Guard Parade or an alternative.
Photography is not permitted inside Westminster Abbey.
All guests (including children) must bring ID on the day of the visit.
Babies (0–1 year) travel free — select the free infant ticket at checkout.
All guests will pass security screening; bag checks are carried out at Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.
Some sites are subject to occasional closures; if modifications are required you will be contacted before the tour when possible; last-minute changes will be communicated at the start time.
