Barcelona & Montjuïc Castle Excursion
We will gather at 10 am outside the Moja Palace to commence our guided exploration of Barcelona.
The adventure begins in Las Ramblas, the vibrant heart of the city. Our first stop is at the renowned Boqueria Market, celebrated worldwide for its modernist architecture and wide array of offerings. The ambiance here is truly captivating!
Continuing on, we will visit the Gran Teatre del Liceu, one of Europe's premier opera venues. Our knowledgeable guide will share insights into Barcelona's modernist architectural gems. From there, we will stroll through the Raval, noted for its rich cultural diversity within the old town.
We will then ascend via the Montjuïc cable car to the Montjuïc castle, allowing you to delve into this historical military fortress by navigating through its various chambers.
As an added bonus, you will be treated to spectacular vistas of Barcelona, and if the weather permits, you might even spot the Pyrenees!
This engaging three-and-a-half-hour guided tour concludes at the exit of the castle.
Important Information
Please be aware that from February 2 to March 2, 2025, the Montjuïc cable car will undergo maintenance and will not be operational. During this period, alternative transportation will be arranged for that segment of the tour.
