Instructions
15 minutes before the designated time, you must make your way to the entrance of the Setas de Sevilla. This structure can be found at the following address: Plaza de la Encarnación, s/n, Casco Antiguo, 41003 Sevilla.
Please note that you can access up to 30 minutes after the designated time, with the exception of the final admission time at night, which you must arrive for on time. Once this time has passed, your ticket will stop being valid.
If you have selected a free entry or a ticket with a discount, you must present the corresponding proof of eligibility documentation. Otherwise, the ticket will be invalid and non-refundable.
Children under 16 must enter and remain accompanied by a legally responsible adult or someone expressly authorised to do so.
We recommend bringing a phone with a charged battery, as you can use it to download the QR codes you'll find along the route, which will give you access to an audio guide in English.
Please Note
The tour lasts approximately 40 minutes, and you may re-enter within 48 hours of your first visit, depending on availability and capacity, except during sunset hours.
