As you sail, the London Eye will appear behind you, seemingly suspended among the clouds along the river. Shortly after, you will spot the Millennium Bridge before passing beneath the majestic Tower Bridge, known for its Victorian mechanism that raises to allow vessels through. Nearby, the historic Tower of London stands, steeped in stories of royal intrigue. Did you know that the tower is home to resident crows, thought to safeguard the monarchy? When making your booking, please ensure you select the desired time for the Thames cruise. Subsequently, you will receive instructions on how to collect your tickets for the London Eye, with an option for you to utilize your ticket within 90 days following your river experience.

River Thames Cruise
15 minutes before the designated time, you'll need to head to Pier 2 of the London Eye Pier, on the left of the access to the London Eye.
Admission to the London Eye
Once you've completed your booking, the local provider will send you the instructions to receive your tickets for the London Eye, with the option of booking them up to 90 days after. We recommend booking the tickets with plenty of time in advance.
On the day of the visit, you'll need to head to the following address: Riverside Building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7PB.
Important Info
The London Eye has tickets for people with disabilities, but they must be bought directly at the ticket booth. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
