Routes & Stops
By purchasing a ticket for the Madrid sightseeing bus, you gain entry to the following itineraries:
- Route 1, Blue Line (Historic Madrid): This route encompasses a duration of about 85 minutes and highlights the key attractions in the historic heart of the city, featuring sites such as Puerta de Alcalá, Gran Vía, Museo del Prado, Fuente de Cibeles, Templo de Debod, Palacio Real de Madrid, and Catedral de la Almudena.
- Route 2, Green Line (Modern Madrid): Spanning roughly 70 minutes, this path leads to the impressive Cuatro Torres Business Area while passing notable landmarks like Estadio Santiago Bernabéu, Plaza de Colón, Museo Arqueológico Nacional, Calle Serrano, and Plaza de las Cortes.
- Route 3, Orange Line (Contemporary Madrid): This 75-minute journey takes you through iconic neighborhoods such as Colón, Bilbao, Malasaña, and Gran Vía, showcasing the city’s innovative and artistic atmosphere.

Hop On Hop Off Experience
Over a duration of 24 or 48 hours, depending on your selected option, you can freely hop on and off the sightseeing bus at any of its stops along all routes.
Ticket Validity
Your ticket is valid for either 24 or 48 hours, contingent upon the choice made during booking, beginning from its first use. For instance, activating a 24-hour ticket on Monday at 3 pm means it will be valid until Tuesday at 3 pm. This ticket grants access to all routes immediately upon redemption.
Ticket Activation Process
After confirming your reservation, you will receive a confirmation via email. Simply display it when you board the first bus. At that point, your ticket for the Madrid sightseeing bus will activate, commencing its validity. While you will need to specify a start date when booking, you may utilize the service within 15 days from the selected date.
Conditions for Groups
If your group comprises more than 10 individuals, tickets should be collected on the day of the tour at the Prado Museum stop (Calle de Felipe IV). Individual tickets will be distributed to each participant, although one person may collect them on behalf of the entire group if preferred.

From Monday to Sunday, between 12 pm and 4 pm, present your ticket at La Quimera, a renowned flamenco venue located at Calle Cuchilleros 7, close to Plaza Mayor, to enjoy a complimentary beverage.
You may select from options including draft beer, Rioja red wine, white wine, water, or a soft drink.
Guided Walking Tour of Madrid
Your ticket also includes a 2-hour guided walking tour through the central areas of Madrid. Details regarding the schedules and meeting points for this experience will be provided while onboard the bus.

Instructions
Madrid Sightseeing Bus
The Madrid tourist bus starts and ends at Plaza Cánovas del Castillo (Neptuno).
Although a starting date is requested when booking, you can use the service during the 15 days following the date indicated. The ticket allows access to the Madrid City Tour bus, as long as there are free seats. In the event of bad weather or disruption of the service for reasons beyond the control of UTE Madrid City Tour, the ticket will not be refunded.
The ticket must be kept for the duration of the tour, as it may be required by company staff at any time. If you lose it, you will not be able to access or continue the service.
If you are a group of more than 10 people, you must exchange your voucher at the Madrid City Tour stop at the Prado Museum (Calle de Felipe IV, s/n, 28014 Madrid) on the same day as the activity.
