The experience concludes at the official Real Madrid CF shop. While the estimated time for the tour is 45 minutes, you are free to explore the stadium further at your leisure.

- Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm
- Sundays and holidays: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Match days: Access permitted up to 5.5 hours before the match starts
- December 1 and 22, and January 19: from 9:30 am to 10:45 am
- December 24 and 31: from 9 am to 2 pm
Special Schedule Notes
For matches starting at 8 pm, visits can be conducted until 5.5 hours before the game. Any reservations made outside the allowed time will be refunded automatically.
For logistical purposes:
- On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, the hours will be 9 am to 3:30 pm
- On Friday, April 10, 2026, hours will again be from 9 am to 3:30 pm
The venue reserves the right to adjust visiting hours. Should this occur, you will be informed promptly.
On days when panoramic views are unavailable, the tour will be offered at a reduced rate.
Validity of Tickets
Your ticket will be assigned a specific date and time.

The playing field is undergoing testing over the coming months, which has resulted in the removal of the grass.
Due to various events held at the stadium, the tour itinerary and schedule may change. Please consult the official website, ticket booth, or access points for updates.
On match days, tours can be conducted up to 5.5 hours prior to the match. From noon the day before a game until the stadium reopens, visitors may access the museum and see the stadium model, although the locker rooms and dugouts will be off-limits.
Limited Access
As renovations are currently in progress, access to the Santiago Bernabéu remains restricted. Visitors can enjoy the Museum, the Model of the Santiago Bernabéu for the 21st century, take a photo with the Champions Cup, and explore the panoramic views of the stadium, along with the Madridista card area, locker room, benches, and the Official Store. Currently, access to the pitch, VIP box, player tunnel, and press room is prohibited due to grass removal.

You can access the stadium at Door 84, on the corner of Paseo de la Castellana and Concha Espina Avenue.

If you have purchased the flexible ticket, you can come at the time you prefer on the selected day, as long as it's within the regular opening hours. If you have purchased a regular ticket, you must attend your selected time slot.
