Participate in a unique cooking session located on Valderribas Street, nestled in the vibrant center of Madrid. This modern facility, situated on the second level of the market, offers an opportunity for no more than 10 participants to learn various Spanish culinary techniques from a professional chef.
Inexperienced in the kitchen? No worries! Bring your passion and a hearty appetite. Upon entering the spacious kitchen, we will delve into a range of recipes, including ham croquettes, black rice (paella), ensaladilla rusa, and bacalao ajoarriero. Curious about the ingredients? We will discover how to expertly combine them!
Throughout the workshop, participants can enjoy unlimited beverages such as red and white wine, beer, or soft drinks. Between preparing dishes, we'll discuss the origins of these recipes, traditional foods of Madrid, and captivating insights into Spanish cuisine.
This immersive class lasts between 3 to 4 hours, culminating in a gratifying tasting experience of the tapas and dishes we've prepared together.
