Functionality of the Pass

Upon making your reservation, you will select whether to have complimentary access to 3, 4, or 5 of the city's attractions. It is important to keep in mind that each attraction can only be visited once.

Though booking requires a start date, the benefits of the Paris Explorer Pass are available for 12 months from the date of purchase. The pass becomes valid upon your first attraction visit. To gain access, simply present the respective QR codes on your mobile device, which will be sent to you post-booking.

Your pass will remain valid for 30 days following its activation. Please remember that each attraction is accessible just once.

Policy for Children Under 2

The Paris Explorer Pass is designed for children aged 2 to 17 years. Most attractions included offer free admission for children younger than 2. It is advisable to verify policies on the respective attraction's website.

The meeting point may vary. Always check the tickets we sent you to confirm the final details before the activity.

This voucher isn't a valid ticket and can't be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access Paris tourist attractions.

You'll find a PDF file attached to your confirmation e-mail. You must check that the file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each user. If you don't receive the PDF within 72 hours, please contact us: https://www.civitatis.com/en/contact/

Downloading the electronic pass won't activate it. In order to use your tourist pass, you must present the QR code that appears on your electronic pass at the entrance to the attractions.

It's therefore important that the PDF you save with the QR codes is compatible with your mobile phone so that it can be easily opened and displayed on your device when you access the attractions.

How Does It Work?

The Go Paris Explorer Pass gives you complete flexibility - you can decide on the spot which of the included attractions you'll take advantage of during your stay in Paris. You'll have free access to 3, 4 or 5 of the city's attractions, depending on the option you choose.

The Go Paris Explorer Pass gives you access to each attraction once and is valid for 30 days from when it's activated:

Local holidays may affect the opening of some of the attractions included in the pass. Closures due to public holidays won't result in a partial or total refund of the card price.

Although a start day is requested when making the reservation, you can use the pass during the 12 months following the date of reservation.
