If you've booked a one-way from Ciampino to Rome, you'll need to go to stop (stallo) 2 at the bus station. Exit the arrivals terminal and turn left.
If you've booked a one-way from Rome to Ciampino, you'll need to go to the Roma Termini bus stop 15 minutes before the departure time. It is located on Via Marsala number 5, in front of Hotel Best Western Royal Santina (https://civitatis.link/2ry82rx).
You must arrive 15 minutes before departure in order to redeem the ticket. Look out for the Shuttle Bus sign and the staff wearing an orange jacket with the company logo.
