Tour Details

We will convene at La Piazza di Trevi, 82 at the scheduled time, kicking off our intriguing journey through the Trevi Fountain and its underground realm. Prepare for an adventure that will take you beneath one of Rome’s beloved landmarks!

Once introductions are complete, we will delve into the story of the Trevi Fountain, revealing that it is far more than just a coin toss destination. Close to this remarkable structure, we will discuss its history, enchanting legends, and mythological figures adorning its façade. Every detail will be unveiled!

Subsequently, we will descend underground. Here, an archaeological site awaits us, positioned 9 meters (30 feet) below the surface, where an extraordinary ancient aqueduct accustomed to controlling water still stands.

Moreover, we will explore the remnants of the Domus Imperial, taking a journey back in time and immersing ourselves in the tales of the Eternal City.

After 40 minutes of discovery, our tour will conclude in the very heart of Rome. Arrivederci!

Instructions

On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the time indicated at La Piazza di Trevi, 82, in front of a souvenir shop called "Religious Articles" (https://maps.app.goo.gl/MaiY1M7WQJ9FnJRP7).

Please arrive 10-15 minutes in advance.

Your guide will be waiting for you with a yellow Touriks sign.

Access to the Trevi Fountain

In accordance with the new regulations for the Trevi Fountain, access to the perimeter closest to the monument requires a fee (2EUR) and is not included in the tour. Entering this area is not compatible with the tour's schedule. However, the fountain is perfectly visible from the outside, allowing you to enjoy the guide's explanations clearly without needing to enter the fenced-off area.
