All ticket options include a guided walking experience in the historic Belém district. This is an excellent chance to disembark and delve into the age of Portuguese exploration.

- Departure times: 10:30 am and 3 pm
- Meeting point: Stop 10 on the sightseeing bus route (in front of Jerónimos Monastery)
- Duration: Around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The Lisbon Tram Experience
Experience a ride on one of the city’s most traditional transportation options. The sightseeing tram departs from Praça do Comércio and transports visitors through the most remarkable and culturally vibrant neighborhoods such as Alfama and Chiado.
Be aware that this ride is not encompassed within the 24-hour ticket.

The tram route operates daily from 9:30 am to 6 pm with departures every 30 minutes.
The Sightseeing Boat Experience
Would you like to experience Lisbon from a spectacular viewpoint? Enjoy a 90-minute cruise along the Tagus River. Take in breathtaking views of notable landmarks such as the 25th of April Bridge, Jerónimos Monastery, and São Jorge Castle.

Boat Schedules
The Lisbon sightseeing boat operates daily from two departure points:
- From Terreiro do Paço ferry terminal: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 11 am, 2 pm, and 4 pm; Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 11:30 am, 2:30 pm, and 4:30 pm
- From Belém terminal: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 12 pm, 3 pm, and 5 pm.
How to Use Your Ticket
Your ticket is valid for a duration of 24, 48, 72, or 96 hours, based on the option selected during booking. The ticket becomes active the moment you first use any mode of transport.
During the validity of your ticket, you can hop on and off as you choose. For example, you may alight in Belém to explore the Jerónimos Monastery and later catch the next bus arriving at the stop.
Although a start date is required during booking, the tourist bus ticket remains valid for up to three months from that specified date.
Following your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you, which you will need to present when boarding your first bus.
The meeting point may vary. Always check the tickets we sent you to confirm the final details before the activity.
Instructions
The ticket is valid for 24, 48, 72 or 96 hours, depending on the option you have chosen when booking and starts counting from the moment you validate it with the driver on the tourist bus.
Please note that you can redeem the ticket on any of the buses.
If you have booked the combo ticket, you'll also have to exchange the ticket on the tourist buses.
Sightseeing Bus Schedule
- Historic Lisbon Route: departures every 30 minutes from 9 am to 7 pm
- Modern Lisbon Route: departures every 30 minutes from 9:15 am to 6:45 pm.
Sightseeing Tram Schedule
The Lisbon sightseeing tram (not available with the 24-hour ticket) runs a single route that operates daily from 9:30 am to 6 pm every 30 minutes. The route starts from stop 1 of the bus (Praça do Comércio).
Sightseeing Boat Schedule
The Lisbon sightseeing boat runs every day, and has 2 departure points with the following schedules:
- Departing from Terreiro do Paço ferry terminal: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 11 am, 2 pm, and 4 pm; Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 11:30 am, 2:30 pm, and 4:30 pm
- Departing from Belém terminal: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 12 pm, 3 pm, and 5 pm.
However, please note that these schedules are flexible and subject to change.
Guided Tour of Belém
Whichever ticket you choose includes a guided walking tour of the historic Belém neighborhood. It’s the perfect opportunity to get off the bus and immerse yourself in the era of Portuguese exploration.
- Available days: Tuesday through Saturday
- Departure times: at 10:30 am and 3 pm
- Meeting point: Stop 10 on the sightseeing bus route (in front of the Jerónimos Monastery)
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Carris Museum
Your ticket includes admission to the Carris Museum. You can visit during opening hours by showing your sightseeing bus ticket.
The Carris Museum is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm.

Until further notice, Lisbon's funicular railways and the Santa Justa Elevator will remain closed for safety reasons. If your tour of Lisbon included any of these modes of transport, please note that the itinerary will be adjusted so you can continue to enjoy the city. The guide will inform you of any changes to the route at the start of the activity. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
