At the indicated time, we will meet at Rua da Conceição in Lisbon and depart for the Alentejo wine region. The journey will include views of vineyards, olive trees, and cork oaks as we approach Évora, a city-museum and UNESCO World Heritage Site.

On arrival in Évora, follow your professional English-speaking guide to explore the town’s historic centre, visiting key landmarks such as the Roman Temple of Évora, the Capela de Ossos (Chapel of Bones), and the twelfth-century Cathedral.

After the guided tour, you'll have time to eat at your leisure, enjoy a coffee, or explore the main streets of Évora.

Next, we will visit the heart of Alentejo for a guided tour of the winery and cellar, learning about the terroir, grape varieties, and local production methods. The tour will conclude with a tasting of 4 wines that showcase the region's unique flavors.

We will then return to central Lisbon after approximately 10 hours and 15 minutes of activities.
