Join a guided wine and tapas tour that begins at San Miguel Square and continues through La Latina, Cava Baja, and Cuchilleros Street, known for their tapas bars.
At the first stop, try mushrooms, Asturian-style chorizo cooked in cider, or Padrón peppers (vegetarian option), served with wine, beer, or a soft drink.
Continue with a guided walk through Madrid de los Austrias, passing landmarks such as Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Restaurante Botín, Puerta Cerrada, and Calle Huertas.
Next, visit a traditional bar to taste Iberian pork cheeks with mashed potatoes, paired with a glass of red wine.
Walk through Plaza de Santa Ana and past Teatro Español before stopping for gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp).
