Exchange your smartphone voucher for a paper entrance ticket outside the Abbey Shop (Official Souvenirs Shop of Westminster Abbey) located at 20 Deans’s Yard, London, SW1P3JS
Your tickets will be exchanged outside the Abbey Shop by an Amigo Tours representative. Please do not enter inside the Abbey Shop, they can not provide you the tickets.
Show your papel ticket to the staff outside the Abbey Shop

As Westminster Abbey is a church and place of daily worship, please show respect and sensitivity in the way you dress. Gentlemen should remove hats whilst in the Abbey.
