Your tickets will be exchanged outside the Abbey Shop by an Amigo Tours representative. Please do not enter inside the Abbey Shop, they can not provide you the tickets.

As Westminster Abbey is a church and place of daily worship, please show respect and sensitivity in the way you dress. Gentlemen should remove hats whilst in the Abbey.
