Instructions

Meet your guide directly in front of the ticket office at the Tower of London
Look for the CityWonders sign
Show your smartphone ticket to the guide
Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving late cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded
Arriving by tube: Get off at Tower Hill Station (Circle and District lines). Turn right towards Trinity Square. You should clearly be able to see the tower when you exit the tube station. It is a short 3-minute walk
Please download the app before the tour. Once downloaded, the app can be used offline
Bring your own earphones and have enough battery on your phone

- Show your smartphone ticket to your guide at the Tower of London ticket office (2 Tower Hill)

- Meet your guide (blue polo/jacket) at the Tower of London ticket office; arrive 15 minutes before departure

- Changing of the Guard may vary and is weather dependent; if canceled or if your tour departs after 9:00, a Westminster walking tour will be provided instead

- Depending on the day, you may see the Foot Guards or the Horse Guards

- Security checks at attractions may cause short lines even with skip-the-line access

- Wear comfortable shoes and bring rainproof clothing

- Photography inside the Tower of London is without flash only

- Tour ends at Buckingham Palace at around 12:15

- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the day of the experience
