Once inside the main entrance to The O2 (please ensure you allow plenty of time to clear any queues for security) turn right, the location is a few minutes' walk on the right-hand side. Please note that access to the activity is via the single main entrance of The O2.
Please check in 45 minutes prior to your flight time, in order to have time to get geared up and receive flight instructions.

- People who weight more than 18 stone and 7 pounds / 117kg
- Pregnant women
- People that have dislocated their shoulder (even in the past)
- People under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs
- People wearing a hard cast

- Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your flight time, in order to have time to get geared up and receive flight instructions
