Via Appia Antica, 136, Rome, Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, Italy

To reach the meeting point by public transport: near the Colosseum or Circo Massimo metro, take bus 118 towards Villa dei Quintili, and get off at the Basilica di San Sebastiano stop. In front of Sebastiano Catacombs entrance (next to the drinking fountain), your guide will welcome you and will lead you on foot to the rental point.

Know in advance:
The tour starts with a minimum of 4 participants, if this number is not reached, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund. Group tours are up to 8 people, with a slight flexibility (1-2 extras) to keep all bookings together
90% of the route follows the ancient Roman paving (basolato) of the Appian Way, where public car traffic is prohibited (resident access only). Only two brief road crossings are needed to navigate between the Appia Antica Regional Park, Aqueduct Park, Tor Fiscale, and Caffarella Parks
A basic-medium cycling level is mandatory. A pre-departure test is conducted. The guide may deny participation (no refund) if a guest is unsuitable due to lack of ability or health concerns
Infants (up to 20kg/44 lbs) ride free in a provided child seat
Children (under 139cm/4ft 7in) must use a bike extension (tag-along/trailer)
Minimum age to operate an E-Bike is 12 years old
