Please exchange your smartphone voucher for a paper entrance ticket outside the *Abbey Shop* (the official souvenir shop of *Westminster Abbey*)
An *Amigo Tours* representative will be outside the shop to assist you
Do not enter the *Abbey Shop*, as the staff inside are not able to issue your tickets
Once you have your paper ticket, show it to the staff outside the *Abbey Shop* for entry

Strict airport security checks will be in place at both venues
* Houses of Parliament is not available on Mondays
* The tour is in English, but there are audio guides for Houses of Parliament
Children under 3 can join for free, please select a free ticket for them
The ticket price selected determines if you have an internal or external tour, please check before proceeding
