- Please exchange your smartphone voucher for a paper entrance ticket outside the *Abbey Shop* (the official souvenir shop of *Westminster Abbey*)
- An *Amigo Tours* representative will be outside the shop to assist you
- Do not enter the *Abbey Shop*, as the staff inside are not able to issue your tickets
- Once you have your paper ticket, show it to the staff outside the *Abbey Shop* for entry
