During your visit to One World Observatory, you can engage with the following features:

Sky Pod Elevator: Experience the thrill of ascending to floor 102 in under a minute aboard one of five panoramic Sky Pod Elevators. The journey showcases a mesmerizing projection of New York from 1500 to today through advanced LED technology.
City Pulse: Explore an interactive multimedia display offering intriguing insights into New York’s diverse neighborhoods and landmarks visible from the Observatory.
Three Panoramic Restaurants: Dine at ONE Café, ONE Mix, and ONE Dine, where a variety of culinary options are served alongside the city’s most stunning views.

Hours of Operation

Upon making a reservation, you will select your desired time for visiting the viewpoint. Remember, entry is strictly limited to the chosen time.
Timeliness is crucial: Late arrivals may result in no reimbursement or later access on the same day.

Ticket Choices

While booking, you can opt for one of the following ticket types:

Standard Ticket: Grants general access to One World Observatory.
Combination Experience: Provides priority entry to the observatory and a 20 USD discount applicable at the café, bar, restaurant, or gift shop.
All-Inclusive Pass: For a more comprehensive experience, the All-Inclusive Pass offers priority access and a 30 USD discount at the same locations.

If you choose the Standard or Combination Experience tickets, you must arrive at your designated time. However, booking the All-Inclusive Pass allows you to select just 00:00, giving you the flexibility to enter at your convenience.

Essential Information

Entry before or after the chosen time is not permitted.
Late arrivals will not receive refunds and will not be granted another visit time.
Children under 6 years old can enter for free, accompanied by an adult.

Opening Hours

If you've selected the standard admission or combination experience, you'll have to enter at the selected time.

However, if you have booked the All-Inclusive Pass, you can enter at the time of your choice, without having to plan ahead.

Important Info

Show the bar code of your voucher at the ticket office to enter the attraction at the scheduled time (if there is an error and your voucher does not have a bar code, please contact our customer services team to resend it).
The access to the Observatory is in the World Trade Center, in the intersection between West Street and 285 Fulton Street.
You cannot enter before or after your scheduled time.
Please be on time: if you’re late, you will not be refunded nor will you be given another time for that same day.
Children under 6 do not need a ticket and can enter directly with an adult.
One World Observatory is a cashless operation. Onsite reverse ATM’s are available for cash conversions.
