From Valencia: Guided Cheese Factory Tour with Wine Tasting

The province of Utiel-Requena is a protected designation of origin area for its wines, and the Bobal variety stands out. Unique in the world and one of the oldest in history.

In the charming little town of Pedrones, we find a most authentic cheese factory. Managed by three brothers with the same passion: creating the best cheese in the world. Their goat cheeses are made with a lot of dedication: they went to the north of Spain to learn everything about it, and now they keep them in peculiar caves that give them the perfect temperature, as well as other natural benefits.

They make a difference because of their flavor: these cheeses are made manually with top quality goat’s milk, they come directly from their goats, which are found in a peaceful natural environment and from which a very fresh milk is formed.

At the end of the experience in the cheese factory, we will go to the Vera de Estenas Winery. A very familiar winery managed by Edu, located in a dream environment with a picturesque farmhouse that is located on top of a hill and surrounded by beautiful vineyards.

Edu will show us his vineyards and tell us how they make their wine, ending with a tasting.
