Meet your guide in Battery Park and pass by the historic Castle Clinton. Learn about the history of the park and the Statue of Liberty as you make your way to the ferry to Liberty Island.
Once on Liberty Island, see the Statue of Liberty up close and learn about its history. Visit the Statue of Liberty Museum to explore the intricate details of how Lady Liberty came to be. Inside the museum, see the Statue of Liberty’s original torch.
Afterward, board a ferry to Ellis Island. Learn about the history of the island and the struggles of the immigrants who passed through the island between 1892 and 1954. See the American Immigrant Wall of Honor, which includes the names of the immigrants processed at Ellis Island.
After a comprehensive touring experience on each island, the tour will conclude on Ellis Island. Guests are then free to continue enjoyment of their Ellis Island on their own, by visiting numerous self-guided exhibits located within the Ellis Island National Immigration Museum. A cafeteria, bookstore and souvenir shop are also located on the island.
