Experience one of the most authentic ways to discover Paris: ascending the Eiffel Tower on foot. With a local guide, you’ll climb the iron structure while learning fascinating stories about its history—from being initially dismissed as an eyesore to becoming the city’s most iconic landmark.

As you make your way up to the first and second floors, you’ll be rewarded with stunning views of Paris from different angles. If you select the summit option, you’ll complete your visit by reaching the very top of the tower.

**The meeting point is NOT at the Eiffel Tower** it is at at the intersection between Avenue Silvestre de Sacy and Avenue Elisée Reclus
Your City Wonders representative (wearing blue and holding a City Wonders sign) will be waiting for you
The guide will take you straight to the third floor of the tower
Please note that access to the summit is subject to availability upon arrival
Arriving by public transportation: The nearest metro stations is École Militaire (approximately 15 minutes walk) which is served by metro line 8. The stop Champs de Mars of the RER C is another nearby option

- Security check wait times can be up to 1.5 hours during high season

- Delays may extend the duration of the visit

- Not recommended for visitors with vertigo, heart conditions, or serious medical issues

- Strollers and large bags are not permitted

- Not accessible for wheelchairs or visitors requiring special assistance

- Meeting point: **1 Avenue Elisée Reclus, 75007, Paris** (NOT at the Eiffel Tower). A City Wonders representative will hold a sign

Waiting time for security check can be up to 1.5 hours (high season). Make sure you have enough time
In case of entrance delays, tour duration may exceed the expected time
No strollers allowed
Please avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on the tour
The activity involves an extensive amount of walking and climbing stairs
For operating or weather reasons, the summit may not be accessible. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit. In this event, you will be refunded the price of the summit access within 5–10 days

We will do everything within our control to ensure timings and itineraries are respected. Due to the popularity of the Tower, we experience delays from security, or ticket desk lines while purchasing your entrance tickets
In peak months (April – October), school holidays and on weekends, expect a minimum wait time of 30mn at the first security check and 45 mins at the ticket desk line
In low season (November – March outside school holidays & weekends), expect a minimum wait time of 15 min at the first security check and 30mn at the ticket desk line
Tour isn't recommended for people suffering from vertigo, heart, or other serious medical conditions
