Secure your pre-booked entry to the Santa Maria Novella Basilica and explore one of Florence’s most important landmarks with an official portable audio guide. Enjoy a smooth and organized visit with your reserved ticket, then discover the basilica at your own pace. Your audio guide provides clear and engaging commentary, helping you understand the art, architecture, and history of this remarkable Dominican complex. Inside, admire iconic masterpieces such as the Trinity by Masaccio, a groundbreaking example of perspective in Renaissance art, and the Crucifix by Giotto. Visit the Tornabuoni Chapel, decorated by Domenico Ghirlandaio, where scenes of 15th-century Florence come vividly to life. As you explore the basilica and its cloisters, including the atmospheric Green Cloister, learn about the influence of the Dominican order and the powerful families who shaped Florence, such as the Medici family and the Strozzi. Your experience also includes access to a Florence city guide app, with curated itineraries and suggestions to continue exploring the Santa Maria Novella district and beyond. Ideal for independent travelers, this experience combines the flexibility of a self-guided visit with the depth of expert narration.
