- Choose from a Traditional, Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten Free menu when you book.
- Please arrive at the VIP Desk inside the London Eye Ticket Office at least 30 minutes before your experience. Late arrivals may result in missing the first 30 minutes of your experience.
- Please include dietary requirements and allergies when you book.
- This experience includes two rotations, one hour in total (guests are permitted to leave after the first rotation but cannot re-join).
- We operate Challenge 25 - guests consuming alcohol during the experience must present valid ID.
- Please note, the London Eye will be closed for maintenance from 5th- 18th January 2026
