Meet the assistant at the meeting point at the corner of Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggia of the Accademia
The assistants will be waiting for you, dressed in blue with Caf Tour and Gray
Show your mobile voucher to the assistant

Redeem the voucher at the meeting point **before** the entrance
Audio guide not available for children under 6 years old
It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time
In case of delay, it will not be possible to obtain tickets, get a refund, or reschedule the entrance
Pick up the audio guide inside the museum, and show the original copy of your ID card or passport
The ID will be kept until the end of the visit when the audio guide will be returned. In case of loss or non-return of the audio guide, a refund of € 250 will be mandatory
