Join a small-group cooking class at a Tuscan trattoria and learn to make tagliatelle, ravioli, and tiramisù from scratch.
Meet your chef and, if you join the 9 AM class (except Sundays), visit Sant’Ambrogio Market with the chef to pick fresh local ingredients. See stalls full of fruit, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, then head to the kitchen.
Put on your apron and start cooking. Make traditional sauces like ragù and tomato sauce, then knead fresh pasta dough with eggs and flour. While the sauces cook, prepare a tiramisù, focusing on its smooth mascarpone cream.
After a short break with some Tuscan appetizers, shape tagliatelle and ricotta-filled ravioli. Roll, cut, and fill your homemade dough like an Italian chef.
Finally, eat the dishes you made with a glass of local wine.
