- During peak periods, waiting times may be longer than usual.
- Open Tuesday–Sunday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM (last admission 5:00 PM, exhibitions 5:15 PM, galleries close 5:30 PM), with late-night opening Thursdays until 9:45 PM (last admission 9:00 PM, galleries close 9:15 PM)
- Please ensure you provide a valid and reachable email address when booking.
- The audio guide is not sequential due to changing museum layouts and covers selected artworks rather than the entire collection.
- The digital audio guide is provided via a separate app accessed through a link; it is different from the museum’s paid audio guide and must be downloaded to your phone before the tour.
- The ticket does not include priority entry.
- Visitors under 18, and EEA residents under 26, can enter free of charge with valid ID
- We strongly recommend arriving early: at least 2 hours before closing time, and 3 hours during high season to ensure entry.
