Tickets are personal and non-refundable. Please provide the first and last names of all participants during checkout
Arrive 15 minutes before the activity
Look for onsite staff with yellow vests stating ACCORD on them at the Uffizi Gallery ticket office
They'll provide your voucher, and you can collect your tickets at Uffizi Gallery ticket office before entering through Door No. 1
Only the Uffizi Gallery has a date and time that you have chosen and must adhere to. For the other attractions, you have 5 days to visit them without any specific time constraints
Instructions on how to reach the tasting location will be sent via email or WhatsApp

Bring your ID /passport and headphones
All visitors must go through the security check
