Instructions

Tickets are personal and non-refundable. Please provide the first and last names of all participants at checkout
Arrive 15 minutes before the activity
Look for onsite staff with ACCORD yellow vests at the Uffizi Gallery ticket office
They'll provide your voucher, and you can collect your tickets at Uffizi Gallery ticket office before entering through Door No. 1
Only the Uffizi Gallery has a date and time that you have chosen and must adhere to. For the other attractions, you have 5 days to visit them without any specific time constraints
Instructions on how to reach the tasting location will be sent via email or WhatsApp

Bring ID/passport and headphones
The pass is valid from your selected Uffizi Gallery visit time
Some areas of the Boboli Gardens may be affected by renovation or maintenance works. These are managed by the Uffizi Galleries, which oversees the gardens, and are outside external control
