You are required to arrive 15 minutes earlier at the meeting point: Piazza del Duomo, 6, 50122 Firenze (FI)
You’ll receive your tickets and Audio App instructions via WhatsApp or email, using the contact information provided, about 24 hours before your visit
We recommend downloading everything in advance using Wi-Fi
For further assistance, please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry
The staff will be recognised by a bright yellow vest with ACCORD written on it

Bring your ID/passport and headphones
Pets and large bags not allowed
You must climb 463 steps to reach the top of the Dome
Every tour participant must have a ticket, including children
Backpacks must be stored at the luggage facility before climbing the dome
Not suitable for those suffering from vertigo, claustrophobia and with reduced mobility
Not recommended for pregnant women, people suffering from heart conditions
Bags are not permitted inside
Please note that during peak days, there could be longer waiting times
Baptistery: Visitors should be aware that the Baptistery's vault mosaics are currently under restoration and are not visible. The Baptistery closes at 2:00 pm every first Sunday of the month
Opera del Duomo Museum: The museum is closed every first Tuesday of the month
