Show your smartphone voucher to the staff with an Accord sign located in front of the Almond Door, on the left of the cathedral, opposite the Chocolate store Lindt, in Piazza del Duomo, 15r, 50129
At least 24 hours before the visit, you will receive the link to download the audio guide to the phone number or email communicated when booking. Follow the instructions after clicking the link
The 3-day pass becomes valid from the time you choose for the Dome climb
The Baptistery is undergoing restoration of its vault mosaics, a unique chance to witness Italy’s renowned restoration art in action
Instructions on how to reach the tasting location will be sent via email or WhatsApp

You must climb 463 steps to reach the top of the Dome
Every tour participant must have a ticket, including children
Backpacks must be stored at the luggage facility before climbing the dome
Not suitable for those suffering from vertigo, claustrophobia and with reduced mobility

Bags are not permitted inside
Please note that during peak days, there could be longer waiting times
Baptistery: Visitors should be aware that the Baptistery's vault mosaics are currently under restoration and are not visible. The Baptistery closes at 2:00 pm every first Sunday of the month
Opera del Duomo Museum: The museum is closed every first Tuesday of the month
