Your shore excursion begins with a comfortable pickup from Naples port /train station or Salerno in an air-conditioned vehicle . Relax on the scenic drive to your first destination, Positano, which takes about 1-2 hours. Once you arrive, you’ll have an hour of free time to explore this stunning coastal town, renowned for its narrow paths, charming boutiques, and artisanal ceramic workshops. Be sure to try some local lemon-based products (at your own expense). Next, your journey continues to Sorrento, a beautiful town about 40 minutes north of Positano. Here, you’ll have another hour to explore at your own pace, soaking in the breathtaking views of Capri and Mount Vesuvius. Feel free to grab lunch (own expense) before heading back to the vehicle. The final stop of your excursion is the ancient archaeological site of Pompeii, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After securing your entry (own expense), you’ll have two hours to discover the fascinating Roman ruins with a small group and an English-speaking guide. At the end of the tour, you'll be dropped back at Naples port /train station or Salerno.

- Please let us know if you're arriving by cruise ship (and its name) or if you'll be staying in Naples.
- Groups of 6 to 8 persons share an 8-seat van with an English-speaking driver and will be met by a guide at Pompeii
- Groups of 9 to 19 share a 19-seat minibus and are accompanied by a guide for the entire excursion
